I offer full MLS exposure and full-service representation at a lower listing fee structure.
• For homes under $350,000: my full-service commission is $7,950 total.
• For homes over $350,000:
– Listing (seller's) commission: 1% of the sale price + $950
– Buyer's agent commission: 1% of the sale price
